Living
The Onyx Defender provides everything you need for off-grid camping. There's a small stainless steel sink for doing your teeth and washing up, an external shower for rinsing off, a 20L fridge for storing perishable food, storage cupboards to keep your belongings tidy, a pull out kitchen for prepping and cooking, and a double bed for comfortable sleeping.
At night, there are LED ceiling lights and reading lights to light up your living space, and there are USB charging points and 240v sockets for keeping you ready to go.
For soft furnishings, the Onyx defender includes an insulated blackout cab divider and rear window cover, and 2 inch foam cushions that double as the mattress. There is also a custom rear awning.

Vehicle Details
The Onyx Defender 110 is a 2005 Defender with 102,000 miles. It has been well looked after over the course of its life. It comes with a new MOT from November 2024. As is very common with the TD5 engine, it has been tuned to increase horsepower, and has a performance intercooler and straight exhaust, making this a great example to drive. There is sound-deadening throughout the vehicle including the cab area.
We have completed full respray in Keswick Green (June 2024, V5C has been updated), and the body work is in excellent condition. The front seats and dash have been reupholstered in a sand-coloured genuine leather, and the seat foam has been replaced. We have also installed an arm rest and cupholder between the two front seats.
